Denise B. Couture


Denise Couture has been a Long Term Care professional since 1984 where she began as a posting clerk at a skilled nursing facility in West Palm Beach.  She continued in long term care moving through the ranks to Payroll and Human Resources then she became a Business Office Manager in the late 1980’s through the late 1990’s.


 

in addition she has also held the position of Admissions Coordinator for two years in the late 1980’s. In 1998 she became a Regional Collections Specialist and then continued to a Regional Financial Consultant training and monitoring billing processes for multiple locations. Denise has worked for several large organizations such as HealthSouth, Beverly Enterprises and HCR Manor Care. In 2007 she joined the Health Care Professional Consulting Services team to provide quality consulting services to meet our clients’ needs. 

She has extensive experience in billing and collections as well as in the areas of compliance to standard accounting procedures and program rules and regulations. For a period of time from mid-2008 to mid-2012 Denise worked for a leading software company and held key roles related to implementation training, preparing tools and developing train-the-trainer programs.  She specializes in software conversion consulting and training with emphasis on utilization of electronic claim submissions and billing compliance as a PointClickCare Authorized Partner Trainer.
